Gate hardware is installed to self-close and self-latch where code requires it. We work around tight lot access, power lines, and dense landscaping without cutting corners.

Step 3: We remove all scrap and debris, walk the fence line with you, and leave your property clean. If you need staining, restoration, or post repair on existing fence, we handle that too, and often repair holds better than full replacement.

What's the difference between setting fence posts in concrete versus tamping them?

Posts set in concrete are more durable and resist heaving and settling over time, especially important in Louisville where freeze-thaw cycles test post bases every winter. My fence posts are rotting at the ground line. Do I need to replace the whole fence?

Not necessarily. If only the posts are rotted and the rails and pickets are sound, we can replace the posts and save the rest of the fence. Post replacement starts at $450. Rot at the ground line usually comes from moisture and poor drainage around the base. If the fence is old or most of the run is compromised, full replacement may be the better spend.
